Our first job together. We were installing a bull catching bumper to a friends truck. Our agreement; If you teach me to weld, I'll help you install flooring in your new house. Very transactional, very cordial, no regards for our romantic feelings for one another. That agenda didn't last long.

On a roadtrip to Bozeman Montana, Audree deemed me a viable partner enough to introduce me to her extended family. This photo was taken in Washtucna Washington, a tiny town just south of Spokane Washington.

Our first rodeo together. We slow danced to country music, got covered in dust, watched fireworks, and my ear throbbed from her biting(?) the shit out of it.

Following a series of surprises on my 24th birthday, Audree coordinated with my favorite local frozen yogurt spot. They had candles lit and all sang for me upon entry.

As I was working a job in Gresham, this handsome gentleman in a tuxedo wouldn't leave me alone. After consulting with neighbors, he was unspoken for and Audree suggested he came home with me. His name is Tony.

Audree and I decided to host our first holiday at our soon to be shared home. As we spent hours with prep, we danced amongst one another in elegance.

Our first year anniversary. We bought each other flowers and went to dinner at Hat Yai, the restaurant we declared our steadiness at a year prior.

Costa Rica. My first time there, her first time seeing the grandparent's new house. This photo was taken atop a castle, atop a hill, briskly prior Audree mauled not one, but two entire lobsters for dinner.

Very cool day for me, first time flying a plane. I was company to Audree's mother Amber and her sweet husband Scooter. After circling Hood River and Mt. Adams, over dinner I asked mom for permission to propose to Audree. Shortly following happy and hopeful tears from mom, I defied reality and gained permission from the both of them.

Audree is without a doubt the hardest worker I know. Aside from demonstrating that daily, in this photo she graduated college, earning two degrees with multiple honors ribbons for welding.

I did it. I got the most important yes of my life. We rode dirt bikes to the top of a mountain and I proposed. She only knew I was being serious because I was shaking so bad.
